Board Application Any resident who lives in the city limits may apply for the Planning Commission. The City of Commerce is accepting applications for three positions up for reappointment for the City of Commerce Planning Commission beginning on January 31, 2025 thru February 28, 2025. The Hospital Road from Old Maysville Rd to Ridgeway Rd is closed due to being iced over. The City is treating the road now, however, it is too dangerous for vehicle traffic. Please use alternate path. Cherry Street next to Little Ward Funeral Home is also closed due to water leak. Crews are working to repair and reopen as quickly as possible.

There is a water leak in front of Walgreens at Broad Street and Homer Rd. Crews are working to repair. Please avoid the area if at all possible and expect traffic delays. Once this is repaired the crew will move to MLK and Homer Road to repair a water leak. One lane will be closed so expect traffic delays. If you must drive through the area please proceed with caution. Thanks for your patience with these repairs.
