UDC & City Code of Ordinances
The City of Commerce maintains two official sources for its local laws and regulations: the Unified Development Code (UDC) and the Code of Ordinances, which includes the City Charter.
The UDC contains the City's development, zoning, and land use regulations and is primarily administered by the Planning Department. The Code of Ordinances includes the City Charter as well as most property maintenance and general municipal regulations.
Depending on the topic you are researching, you may need to consult one or both documents. Both publications are available in Adobe PDF format and can be searched electronically to quickly locate specific information.
