The City of Commerce charges a conveince fee for forms of payment other than cash or check. These fees will be added on at the time of transaction.

• Credit or Debit = $4.50 per transaction
• E-Check = $.95 per transaction

Other Utility Payment Options

• In Person: Payments may be made at the Commerce Administrative Complex located 110 State St. from 7:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday.

• Night Depository: A secure drop box is available on the front of the building for checks and money orders only.

• By Phone: Payments can be processed anytime through our automated IVR phone system 706-335-3164 ext 3004.

• ACH Draft (No Fee): Customers may set up a convenient, no-fee monthly automatic bank draft by completing the ACH Authorization Form.
