Following a comprehensive search, the City of Commerce is pleased to announce the promotion of Dustin Wellington as the City’s new Water/Sewer Superintendent.
Dustin has proudly served the City of Commerce for the past four years and has built a strong reputation for his leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to serving our community. During his time with the City, he served as Utility Supervisor for two years and most recently stepped into the role of Interim Water/Sewer Superintendent, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to the City’s utility operations.
Dustin holds certifications in Water Distribution and brings valuable hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, and management of the City’s water and sewer infrastructure. His knowledge of municipal utilities, commitment to regulatory compliance, and focus on providing safe and reliable service make him well-equipped to lead the department into the future.
