They will then state that your utilities will be cut off that same evening after 5pm. They will then ask that you go to Walmart and purchase Gift Cards to ensure that your utilities stay on. Homestead Exemption

City Offices Moving Soon

City Hall office located at 27 Sycamore Street and Planning & Utilities located at 545 Cedar Drive will be moving to the Commerce Administrative Complex located at 110 State Street soon. Please check back for updates during the Month of February and March.



Road Closures - Inclement Weather

The Hospital Road from Old Maysville Rd to Ridgeway Rd is closed due to being iced over. The City is treating the road now, however, it is too dangerous for vehicle traffic. Please use alternate path. Cherry Street next to Little Ward Funeral Home is also closed due to water leak. Crews are working to repair and reopen as quickly as possible.
