As a resident of the City of Commerce we offer several services. Utility, Fire and Safety, Library and Main Street.

Your utility notice will include water, electricity, gas, sewer and trash services all on one monthly bill. Throughout the year you may notice information included that will inform you of upcoming events and also important information.

We provide payment options including in person payments at city hall, online payments and automatic drafts.

The City of Commerce has a volunteer fire department that is committed to serving our residents. They not only come to the rescue but are involved in serving our community at our local events and chicken ques and trunk and treats for the kids.

Our police department is dedicated to protecting our citizens. You will see them at local events and throughout the day and night making sure we are safe.

Our city Public Library offers information on the history of Commerce and has several computers that can be used to access the internet. They offer workshops and classes that may be of interest to you as well.

The Main Street office can provide you with maps of the city and surrounding Jackson Co area. They are happy to assist you with questions and directions and what the city has to offer in forms of recreation, dining and shopping.
