The City of Commerce has the following Surplus items For Sale. Vehicles and equipment may be seen at the Commerce City Shop, 211 Waterworks Road, between the hours of 9:00am and 12:00pm February 1 thru February 14, 2024, other items may be reviewed by appointment. All bids must be in a sealed envelope with name, address, contact number and amount of bid with the item description on bid sheet. (Bid sheets are available at city hall) All bids must be received at Commerce City Hall; NO bids will be accepted after 12:00pm on February 15, 2024. Bids will be opened at 2:00pm on February 15, 2024 in the conference room of city hall. The City of Commerce has the right to refuse any and all bids. All items are sold ‘AS IS”. Payment is expected on February 15, 2024, payment must be cash or certified check.
